Spinn Candy has recently received several poor service and quality reviews and deserve to be addressed. Two scathing reviews were from one time customers who complained about the flavor Cinnamon Roll. We ran out of Cinnamon Roll labels and hand printed the word Roll on a Cinnamon label and we couldn't convince them that the flavor was Cinnamon Roll and not just Cinnamon. We could not satisfy these two individuals, however their reviews were completely vitriolic.

Several reviews are related to us not meeting our promised deliveries. We acknowledge this problem and have taken steps to improve on time delivery performance. Our on time delivery for July was 96% and we are committed to continuing this level of delivery performance.

Lastly and most troubling are reviews from people who have NEVER been a customer of Spinn Candy. Non customers suggesting our product is not all natural. We only use artificial color to our vending sugars. We have initiated several case appeals to Google to have these curiously fraudulent reviews removed. 

We have been in business for 13 years and we have processed millions of servings of product to all 50 states and internationally. The vast majority of our customers have been using our sugars for years, with no issues. We take pride in producing the highest quality product possible and we will continue to do so.

I feel this posting is necessary to explain these reviews to you our existing customers; and, importantly to people who are considering us as a future vendor.
